Business • Confirmation of Minutes of the 83rd Annual General Meeting held on 6 December 2019; • Receive and adopt the 84th Annual Report for the 12-month period 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2020; • Presentation of Annual Financial Report for the 12-month period 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2020; • Nomination and election of four Council Members: • G Ryan • J Martin • G Huggins • J Peters; • Appoint auditors for the ensuing year; • Transact any special business for which due notice has been given.
