Notice of Meeting 2023 The 87th Annual General Meeting of the Royal Queensland Bush Children’s Health Scheme Limited – BUSHkids – will be held on Friday 8 December 2023 at 6.00pm at the BUSHkids Precinct, 14-16 Morley Street, Toowong Q 4066. Business • Confirmation of Minutes of the 86th Annual General Meeting held on 2 December 2022; • Receive and adopt the 87th Annual Report for the 12 month period 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023; • Presentation of Annual Financial Report for the 12 month period 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023; • Nomination and election of Chair and Board members; • Appoint Auditors for the ensuing year; • Transact any special business for which due notice has been given.
