BUSHbabies and retirements
2024 has seen a baby boom amongst BUSHkids staff with seven new arrivals. We love to witness our team members’ progress into parenthood — and a hearty welcome to our new BUSHbabies! We would also like to recognise the retirement of two staff members this year. ► Julie Rathmell (Family Health Support Worker) has served at BUSHkids Dalby for 22 years, supporting generations of parents and children. Her contribution to the community is legendary and her commitment, dedication and hard work will be missed by BUSHkids and beyond. Julie, we wish you well in your retirement, and thank you for all you have done for the children, families and community of Dalby. ► Toni Garrett joined BUSHkids seven years ago as the first member of our NDIS ECA Team. She has been a stalwart in establishing and implementing our four ECA service areas. Toni’s project management skills and attention to detail have been invaluable in creating and maturing these service areas. Toni, we wish you well in your new role as grandmother to one of our BUSHbabies.
