D r. Ruttkat, what is so berry juices, top quality raw material meets very modern and advanced manufacturing technology. This is how we succeed in creating juices that are both very delicious and healthy. These are the best berry juices you can buy – and is acknowledged over and over again by the DLG (German Agricultural Society) Gold Awards. Where do the berries come from? Cranberry and acerola, for example, do not grow in Germany. That's true. The acerola berry grows in Central America, goji berries in Asia, cranberries in Scandinavia and Canada, and blueberries in Eastern Europe. These fruits must either be pressed on site quickly, i.e. in their optimum ripening state immediately after harvest, or frozen. Frozen? Exactly. For our production process this means that the berries are defrosted from minus 18 to 4 degrees within 20 seconds. A technology that other manufacturers don't have at all. That means if I want to defrost berries at home... Just put them briefly in the microwave, and then quickly process or consume them. This also has another side effect, not necessarily with berries, but with fruit in general: if you heat a sliced apple or fruit salad briefly in the microwave, the allergens in the fruit become inactive. This is great for people who are sensitive to these substances.
