Making Waves of Joy and Change Looking back on 2024 — a year of growth, achievement and partnership delivering positive community impacts “The sailing excursion with Winds of Joy was fantastic. “The experience gave our students a chance

In February, we launched our Winds of Joy program, offering young people with disabilities the opportunity to experience the joy of sailing aboard “The Tribe.” Since then, we have welcomed more than 500 youths from state and special schools across Greater Brisbane, creating unforgettable moments on the water. This has not only broadened horizons for our guests but also reinforced the power of inclusion and adventure.

In October, we began Winds of Change , an eight-week program designed to engage young people displaying challenging behaviours or diverse learning abilities. With mentoring its core, this gives a supportive environment for personal growth, fostering resilience and confidence in ‘at-risk’ youth.
