Recently-launched Will and Flow offers a bar and restaurant with an over-the-water outdoor bar area offering 180-degree views of the Brisbane River. Howard Smith Wharves is a newly- developed precinct in one of the Brisbane River’s original wharf areas, with tall cliff faces looming above.
